AT G.O.D., WE STRIVE TO DELIVER YOUR ORDERS AS QUICKLY AND SAFELY AS POSSIBLE. PLEASE READ THE FOLLOWING SHIPPING TERMS CAREFULLY BEFORE PLACING AN ORDER.


1. ORDER PROCESSING & TIMELINES

ALL CONFIRMED ORDERS ARE PROCESSED AND DISPATCHED WITHIN 2–3 BUSINESS DAYS.
STANDARD DELIVERY TIMELINES: 3–7 BUSINESS DAYS FOR MOST LOCATIONS ACROSS INDIA. REMOTE OR OUT-OF-SERVICE AREAS MAY TAKE LONGER.
DELAYS CAUSED BY COURIER PARTNERS, LOGISTICS DISRUPTIONS, OR UNFORESEEN CIRCUMSTANCES ARE BEYOND OUR CONTROL.

2. SHIPPING CHARGES

A STANDARD SHIPPING FEE OF ₹149 WILL BE DISPLAYED AT CHECKOUT AND APPLIED TO ALL APPLICABLE ORDERS.
FREE SHIPPING OFFERS, IF ANY, WILL BE ANNOUNCED ON THE WEBSITE OR DURING PROMOTIONS.

3. CASH ON DELIVERY (COD) ORDERS

ALL COD ORDERS REQUIRE A ₹149 ADVANCE PAYMENT AT CHECKOUT.
THE BALANCE AMOUNT MUST BE PAID IN FULL AT THE TIME OF DELIVERY.
THE ₹149 ADVANCE IS NON-REFUNDABLE FOR ORDERS RETURNED DUE TO CUSTOMER REFUSAL, FAKE ATTEMPTS, OR NON-ACCEPTANCE.
IF THE ORDER CANNOT BE DELIVERED DUE TO COURIER SERVICE LIMITATIONS, A FULL REFUND INCLUDING THE ₹149 COD ADVANCE WILL BE ISSUED.

4. CUSTOMER INFORMATION & DISPATCH

CUSTOMERS MUST PROVIDE ACCURATE AND COMPLETE CONTACT AND ADDRESS INFORMATION AT CHECKOUT.
IF THE PROVIDED INFORMATION IS INCORRECT OR INCOMPLETE, PREVENTING DISPATCH:FOR PARTIAL COD ORDERS, THE ₹149 ADVANCE WILL NOT BE REFUNDED, AS IT COVERS PACKAGING AND HANDLING COSTS ALREADY INCURRED.
G.O.D. WILL MAKE A REASONABLE EFFORT TO CONTACT THE CUSTOMER.
IF THE CUSTOMER DOES NOT RESPOND WITHIN 7 DAYS, THE ORDER WILL BE RESTOCKED, AND NO FURTHER ACTION WILL BE TAKEN. ORDERS ARE ONLY HELD FOR ONE WEEK.

5. SERVICE AVAILABILITY & PINCODE RESTRICTIONS

OUR DELIVERY PARTNERS MAY NOT SERVE CERTAIN PINCODES. IN SUCH CASES:IF THE ISSUE IS FROM THE DELIVERY PARTNER’S SIDE (ORDER CANNOT BE DELIVERED AT ALL), A FULL REFUND INCLUDING THE ₹149 COD ADVANCE WILL BE ISSUED.
ALTERNATIVELY, THE CUSTOMER MAY CHOOSE TO PAY THE REMAINING BALANCE IN ADVANCE SO THAT WE CAN DISPATCH THE ORDER VIA INDIA POST, WHICH DELIVERS PAN-INDIA.
CUSTOMERS WILL BE CONTACTED IF THEIR PINCODE IS UNSERVICEABLE BY OUR COURIER PARTNERS.

6. FAILED / FAKE DELIVERY ATTEMPTS

IF A DELIVERY PARTNER MARKS AN ORDER AS UNDELIVERED DUE TO FAKE ATTEMPTS OR CUSTOMER UNAVAILABILITY, WE WILL ONLY BE ABLE TO RAISE A COMPLAINT/TICKET WITH THE COURIER SERVICE.
G.O.D. IS NOT PERSONALLY LIABLE FOR SUCH THIRD-PARTY COURIER ACTIONS.
IF THE PACKAGE IS RETURNED-TO-ORIGIN (RTO) AFTER FAILED ATTEMPTS, THE ORDER WILL BE RECEIVED BACK AT OUR WAREHOUSE, AND APPLICABLE REFUNDS (EXCLUDING NON-REFUNDABLE COD ADVANCE) WILL BE PROCESSED AS PER OUR REFUND & EXCHANGE POLICY.

7. TRACKING & UPDATES

TRACKING DETAILS ARE SHARED VIA WHATSAPP/EMAIL ONCE THE ORDER IS DISPATCHED.
CUSTOMERS ARE REQUESTED TO TRACK THEIR SHIPMENTS REGULARLY AND ENSURE SOMEONE IS AVAILABLE AT THE DELIVERY ADDRESS.

8. INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

CURRENTLY, INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING IS NOT AVAILABLE. WE ONLY SERVE CUSTOMERS WITHIN INDIA.

9. INVOICING & ORDER CONFIRMATION

EVERY CONFIRMED ORDER WILL INCLUDE AN INVOICE ATTACHED WITH THE PARCEL BY DEFAULT.
IF A CUSTOMER REQUESTS THE INVOICE BEFORE DELIVERY, IT CAN BE SHARED VIA EMAIL OR WHATSAPP UPON REQUEST.
THE INVOICE SERVES AS PROOF OF PURCHASE AND SHOULD BE RETAINED FOR ANY FUTURE QUERIES RELATED TO THE ORDER, SHIPPING, OR EXCHANGES.
