(WE OFFER ONLY EXCHANGES AND NO RETURNS.)


AT G.O.D., EVERY PRODUCT IS CRAFTED WITH CARE AND UNDERGOES STRICT QUALITY CHECKS BEFORE DISPATCH. HOWEVER, IN RARE CASES WHERE AN EXCHANGE IS REQUIRED, THE FOLLOWING TERMS APPLY:


1. ELIGIBILITY

PRODUCTS ARE ELIGIBLE FOR EXCHANGE ONLY IF THEY ARE UNUSED, UNWASHED, AND RETURNED IN THEIR ORIGINAL CONDITION, WITH TAGS AND PACKAGING INTACT.
CUSTOMERS MUST INFORM US WITHIN 48 HOURS OF DELIVERY, ALONG WITH A CLEAR UNBOXING VIDEO OR PROOF OF DEFECT. REQUESTS WITHOUT PROPER PROOF WILL NOT BE CONSIDERED.
EXCHANGES ARE ALLOWED ONLY FOR SIZE ISSUES OR VERIFIED MANUFACTURING DEFECTS.
LIMITED EDITION, CUSTOMIZED/HAND-PAINTED, OR DISCOUNTED ITEMS ARE GENERALLY NON-RETURNABLE AND NON-EXCHANGEABLE (EXCEPTIONS MAY BE CONSIDERED ON A CASE-BY-CASE BASIS).

OUR TEAM WILL INSPECT THE CASE AND RESPOND WITHIN 48–72 HOURS.
ONCE APPROVED, THE CUSTOMER WILL BE GUIDED THROUGH THE EXCHANGE PROCESS.

3. REFUND POLICY

REFUNDS ARE GENERALLY NOT OFFERED. WE PRIORITIZE PRODUCT EXCHANGES.
IF THE REQUESTED SIZE/ITEM IS UNAVAILABLE, WE MAY ISSUE STORE CREDIT OR, IN RARE CASES, A REFUND VIA THE ORIGINAL PAYMENT METHOD, SUBJECT TO OUR DISCRETION.
VERIFIED DEFECTS WILL FIRST BE RESOLVED THROUGH EXCHANGE; IF EXCHANGE IS NOT POSSIBLE, STORE CREDIT OR REFUND WILL BE PROVIDED.

4. SHIPPING & CHARGES

A STANDARD RETURN/EXCHANGE SHIPPING FEE OF ₹149 APPLIES IN MOST CASES.
IF THE EXCHANGE IS DUE TO A VERIFIED DEFECT OR INCORRECT PRODUCT SHIPPED, G.O.D. WILL BEAR THE RETURN SHIPPING COST.
PARTIAL COD ORDERS: IF AN ORDER PLACED WITH PARTIAL COD PAYMENT IS RETURNED TO ORIGIN (RTO) OR REFUSED, THE ₹149 ADVANCE PAYMENT IS NON-REFUNDABLE, AS IT COVERS SHIPPING AND PACKAGING COSTS ALREADY INCURRED.

5. SIZE & FIT ISSUES

IF A CUSTOMER ORDERS THE CORRECT SIZE BUT THE PRODUCT DOES NOT FIT AS EXPECTED, THE ORDER WILL BE ELIGIBLE FOR SIZE EXCHANGE (SUBJECT TO AVAILABILITY).
STANDARD RETURN SHIPPING CHARGES WILL APPLY UNLESS A MANUFACTURING DEFECT IS CONFIRMED.

6. INSPECTION & PROCESSING TIME

ONCE WE RECEIVE THE RETURNED PRODUCT, IT WILL UNDERGO QUALITY INSPECTION.
PROCESSING TIME FOR EXCHANGES, STORE CREDITS, OR REFUNDS (IF APPLICABLE) IS 7–10 WORKING DAYS.
REFUNDS, WHEN APPLICABLE, ARE PROCESSED ONLY VIA THE ORIGINAL PAYMENT METHOD. BANK/PAYMENT GATEWAY DELAYS MAY APPLY.

7. DISCRETION & EXCEPTIONS

G.O.D. RESERVES THE RIGHT TO APPROVE OR REJECT REQUESTS BASED ON THE VALIDITY OF CLAIMS.
EXCEPTIONS MAY BE MADE IN RARE CASES AT THE SOLE DISCRETION OF THE BRAND.
